About Joe
Joseph (Joe) Jablonski, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care. He specializes in the evaluation and management of anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders.
Joe brings a diverse clinical background to his practice. He has experience as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach (5 years) and registered nurse (7 years) in a surgical intensive care unit, as well as serving as a high school nurse — roles that have shaped his ability to connect with patients across different age groups and life circumstances. Over the past two years, he has worked in geriatric inpatient psychiatry and an adult intensive outpatient program, further expanding his expertise in managing complex mental health conditions.
With this broad foundation, Joe is well-equipped to support individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs while fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship.
