What patients do you typically see?
We see patients ages 6 and older when appropriate for remote care. All visits are conducted by secure video.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Many appointments are available as soon as the next business day, depending on provider availability.
What should I expect during a visit?
All visits are conducted by secure video. During your first appointment, we review your background, discuss your goals, and develop a clear care plan together. Follow-up visits focus on progress, medication adjustments, and next steps.
How are refills and follow-ups handled?
Refill timing is reviewed during follow-up visits. Between appointments, you can reach us through the patient portal for quick clarifications.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we work with many major plans including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, and more. Self-pay is also available at $225 for an initial evaluation and $150 for follow-ups.
What should I do in a crisis?
